My Story

Inception
I grew up fascinated with the concept of identity and what shapes us to become the people we are. I spent over a decade of my earlier years searching for myself, through introspection and personal development work.
Naturally I gravitated towards the human sciences, acquiring an undergraduate and then a MSc in applied psychology, earning the title of Social Psychologist here in France with the University of Paris Ouest Nanterre La Defense.
But as I had realized early on in my academic training, I wanted to devote myself to the development of human potential and the more existential aspects linked to psychology.
So to complete my training I spent over a year specializing in positive psychology, the psychological science of human flourishing and what makes life worthwhile. It was during this period that I inquired into the relationship between coaching and psychology.

My Professional Background
Nearing the end of my studies, I was able to become the first person in France to intern with the International Coaching Federation, interviewing and surveying coachs to study the link between coaching and psychology.
After which I was able to capitalize on my prior experience teaching psychology classes to university undergrads as a tutor and my work with coaching federation.
I started freelancing as a psychological consultant, carrying out various assignments such as participating in the writing of a book, designing psychological coaching tools, games, positive education content for children and training programs for well-being professionals and businesses.
And as of 2024, I’ve started taking that experience into personal psychological coaching sessions, helping individuals reach their potential.

What's Next?
As I transition into 1:1 coaching, I’ve started creating "edutainment" content to leverage our media consumption for personal growth. I’m currently working to grow a channel that revolves around psychological breakdowns of iconic scenes and fictional characters.
Later in my studies I stumbled upon research on psychedelics and the promise that they hold as a safe and powerful resource for self improvement. I‘ve since heavily invested in research on the matter and have attended conferences and taken a trip to Berlin (Germany) to train with the MIND Foundation and have since started another online program on psychedelic integration as I am actively working to make it a part of my practice.
And lastly, I’ve always had a special interest for space exploration, as it’s always brought me a deep sense of wonder, perspective and meaning. Which is why I’ve made it a goal of mine is to join and contribute to the field by working on the human factors of space exploration.
